Indication
- Infectious diarrhea i.e. viral, bacterial, parasitic
- Inflammatory bowel diseases i.e. ulcerative colitis
- Toddlers' diarrhea
- Malabsorption & long term medication
- Dysentery due to salmonella, entamoeba histolytica, shigella etc
- Laxative & alcohol abuse
Dosage Guideline
Children : 5 - 6 drops in ¼ cup of
normal water /4 - 5 times daily
Adult: 10 - 12 drops in ¼ cup of
normal water/ 4-5 times daily
Or as prescribed by the physician
